Gustavo Mirabal began his career in the financial sector in 1983 as vice president of Banco Construcción. Thanks to his talent, he was promoted and consequently headhunted by British Insurance and Seguros Horizonte as Vice President. In the year 2000, Gustavo continued to rise in his career at Banco Latino contributing to the growth and development of the bank in Venezuela for nearly 10 years.

After having had the necessary experience, knowledge and success, Gustavo opened his own management consulting firm, Mirabal & Associates, one of the top advisory firms in Caracas Venezuela.

In 2009, he founded G&C Farm in Florida, United States, an equestrian company that earned prestigious awards in national and international competitions. In 2014 he opened a similar business in Madrid, Spain bringing G&C Farm success closer to Europe. A few years later Gustavo started a new project and developed Bunker International, an international trading company specialized in construction materials and wooden products.
